SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship in stock items within three (3) business days. Items marked “Pre-Order” are in stages of pre-production and may take up to thirty (30) days to complete.
Personalized or customized orders may take an additional week to complete. There are no returns or refunds on customer or personalized items.
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us within three (3) days of receipt so we can help. If your shipment was damaged, please keep your original packaging for inspection.
Personalized and customized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Returns of other merchandise not marked “non-returnable”, non-vintage, and non-sale items are accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods for store credit. We do not offer refunds for returned items.
Returns should be shipped via UPS or FedEx to insure delivery and we recommend that you insure the package for its full value with tracking. Bonjour Juliette is not responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise. We encourage you to carefully pack and seal the merchandise you are returning.
Merchandise must be returned in perfect condition and in original packaging with all tags attached. All shipping/handling charges are non-refundable. Returns should be shipped to: 542 South Poes Rd, Amissville VA 20106. Refunds are issued within two (2) days of receipt of returned merchandise. Please note that it may take one (1) billing cycle for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
Vintage, sale, and certain one-of-a-kind merchandise are final sale as stated in the item description.
